"Great local Italian restaurant. Carosello has an amazing atmosphere. The service was casual, friendly and efficient. The restaurant was dimly lit and despite the large size had a cozy feel. A great environment for a date night or a weekday dinner night out. Really enjoyed the Napoli style pizzas. The base was cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The cabonarra on the night felt alittle dry and fell short unfortunately."

"Food was fantastic, authentic Italian with a few new age twists to highlight the food. The biggest let down was the desserts. Why won't anyone serve ricotta cannoli?! A few more old classic pastry options that nonna makes would be an amazing topper. They have a QR code scan that allows you to see what the menu items actually look like. This was amazing as I was so undecided when I started with the menu, changed what I wanted 3 times before saw the scanner and realised I could choose with my eyes too. Made a real difference. The service was excellent. Very attentive wait staff and very friendly hello and goodbye by the manager."

"I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the special of barramundi on mushroom risotto, and it was divine. The fish was perfectly seasoned with a delightful crust on top, tender, and full of flavor. The mushroom risotto was creamy and smooth, complementing the barramundi beautifully. To drink, I had the Strawberry Sunset mocktail, which was a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and the Martini mocktail, which was sweet with a hint of vanilla. The service was impeccable and friendly, with a great energy that made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this dining experience and will definitely return!"

"Got a table for two on a busy Saturday night as walk ins and were seated outdoors. Very nice service from the waiters. Ordered the delicious cheese focaccia and caprioscca pizza...The food was fresh and so delicious that we ate the whole lot between two people! "The restaurant was very packed when we got there, on a Friday night. My family and I ordered fettuccine meatballs, duck agnolotti, Bucco Ragu, rib eye steak and margarita pizza. The fettuccine meatballs were delicious and so was the steak. The steak was juicy and not too chewy. The duck agnolotti and bucco ragu was a little bit disappointing. The pizza’s bread was really good but the salami was very salty. Afterwards we had dessert, which was pistachio tiramisu. They were absolutely delicious and if you guys do visit the restaurant definitely get their tiramisu. Overall the meal was good and I would revisit for their pasta and tiramisu."
